The problem
On an iGaming affiliate site, a small number of money pages earn most of the revenue: comparison lists, reviews and bonus pages. They are also the pages most likely to break quietly. Affiliate trackers change, campaigns expire, cloaked links stop redirecting, and operators change their offers faster than reviews and toplists are updated.
Most teams find out late, from a drop in clicks or a message from an account manager. By then the page has been sending traffic nowhere for days. And when several things break at once, there is no simple way to know which fix matters most.
How it started
iGamingSEO.ai began as a portfolio site about my iGaming SEO work. While building it, I realised the world did not need another iGaming SEO services site, and that a tool solving a problem I knew well would be far more useful. So I changed direction and turned the domain into a product.
My role
I am the founder. I decide what the product does and what it does not do yet, write the specs, test the results against real money pages and talk to the teams who will use it. I build with AI-assisted development, the same way I build my other projects.
How it works
- Connect a site. No plugin or code is needed. Search Console access is optional and read-only.
- It scans every money page and checks what matters for revenue.
- Issues are ranked by the clicks at risk, so the team fixes the most expensive problem first.
What it checks at launch
- Affiliate link and CTA health: links that break, stop redirecting or point somewhere unexpected.
- Brand consistency across pages.
- Money page health: errors, noindex tags, canonical or redirect changes and pages dropping out of the sitemap.
- A priority list based on clicks at risk, with a weekly digest every Monday.
Planned next are an offer registry and a conflict finder, which compare the offers on your pages with the details you provide. After that, alerts for operator offer changes and availability by GEO.
Where it stands
iGamingSEO.ai is in private beta. There is a waitlist, and I am working with a small group of design partners before the public launch. Pricing is not set yet; it will be based on the number of sites and pages monitored and announced before launch.
Results
None to report yet. I will publish real numbers once design partners have used it long enough for them to mean something. The figures on the product homepage are clearly marked as sample data.
What I have learned so far
- Narrow beats broad. Version one does one job, affiliate link and money page integrity, rather than promising a full SEO suite.
- Only claim what version one actually does. Everything else is labelled as next or later.
- Design partners are worth more than a long waitlist. A few teams using it every week shape the product better than hundreds of sign-ups.
- Do not anchor a price before the value is proven.
